Another point of view

From time to time, I can't help but share the thoughts of my friends. This one is from Anshu Vyas, member of footloose no more who became a friend way before I met her! Yes! That happens :) Tighten your seat belts because I'm about to unleash her on you...

"AND THAT’S IT!! MY FIRST EVENT...FLNM DIARY EPISODE-1...*NEWCOMER YET*

Well guys...finally attended my first FLNM event...
I guess the owners insistence about being there and feeling easy has a certain effect on all and hence the first timers (kill me with that white shirt plz) were trying to fall in the frame exactly as what our owners have been giving us gyaan about and the oldies (ahem ahem...) were telling “hey just walk up to people and talk...don’t feel shy”
No...It isn’t about being shy, but while we have an amazing platform to find same age group and explore likeminded souls...it still takes time to get used to just walking up to someone and talking to them.
SO...They are darned right...you gotta come out of that shell and try, so that “getting used to can happen”...and if you feel there is a compulsion about definitely talking to someone, it aint so...just go out there and feel...talking and subsequent events will happen if they have to...
Those who have been missing and just contemplating whether and when to attend the first event...believe me the time is NOW...
I have no judgement, no opinion about the attendants of my first event...that’s my make, I take a lot of time...but I am glad I started to at least go there.
So dear People...define your purpose...and attend that first event...
