How to charm women Part 2!!!

Going through the stats for this blog, I have been noticing that often people land up here because they have been doing a Google search for "how to influence a girl."  If this is true, then my theory, that men have no idea of what to say to a girl is right! And it would do the girls well to remember this.

Fact is, that men want to meet women, want a normal girl they can talk to, but when the moment of truth arrives, they too run for the "hottest chick in the room". And once having gone and hung out near her, they have no idea of what to do. And I see this every last Saturday of the month at Footloose No More events. Men who come with the intention of finding a wife, suddenly lose all focus when they see so many single girls.

So, my dear men, here are a few truths. That hot chick you see, is a normal girl, looking to be married. Do not approach her thinking, "if she is in a short skirt, she is cool." The truth is, Indian women are seldom that cool. Please hold on to your dignity. If you don't know what to say or do, move on. Don't stand there staring at her because you'll just make her uncomfortable.

Apart from this, the hottest girl in the room has always had a lot of male attention and can tell when you are just ogling and will vote with her feet. And others will notice it and label you "creep."

My suggestion would be, be yourself. Don't put pressure on yourself to be funny or intelligent or well informed. There's nothing like a guy who is normal like we are. Don't set yourself out to be charming. Most smooth talking men are fun to talk to but we wonder how much practice they have had at chatting women up.

And for God's sake, don't use corny one liners you picked up from the net. We've read them too.

And above all, keep your eyes on our face and you'll do fine!

  1. Hahahahah nice writeup but I do not agree with the statement that Indian women are seldom that cool..
We deal with so much shit and still have asmile on our face. that puts us in the running for the coolest people in the world :P

  2. Well, A male perspective.. from a guy who is not really GREEN , which i feel 50 percent FLNM guys are.
We come to the events with an expectation of meeting a lady with whom we can connect at a social level, similar interests being a major agenda. If she is attractive, well, that's icing on the cake.
We also come to the events with the hope of a pleasant evening/ afternoon with a group of friends we formed in the earlier meets.
So my advice to the Ladies would be to assume that not all men are looking below the face, we have seen them alll..
Waiting for a barrage and hoping some will be MAN enough to stick by.
